Tattoos have enjoyed an increase in popularity over the past few years. Tastes change however, so we offer tattoo removal. The results are quite variable depending on the color, the type of ink and experience of the tattoo artist. Typically tattoo removal requires 5 - 8 treatments. Although lasers are by far the most effective form of tattoo removal, treatment is not perfect. Many tattoos can be removed totally; some leave a faint outline of the original. The procedure will also require topical anesthetic. This same procedure can be used to remove permanent make up as well. Many people want a bad tattoo revised and on occasion a smaller number of treatments can be used to fade the tattoo so another can be put in its place.
